Who am I?

My name is Peter Van Dyck and I am interested in making games. I work as a programmer (Industrial Engineer ICT or Master in ICT, whatever) and yet I still put myself behind my computer after a hard day's work, to help people with their problems in GM. I'm a moderator at the YoYoGames website and I try to fulfull this task as good as I can. My main occupation there is the moderation of users and games.

Except for Game Maker, I have some knowledge about other programming languages, such as C, C#,java,XHTML/CSS,javascript,PHP,perl,assembler (quite little),Visual Basic,Progress... well, I don't keep track. They'll come back to mind when I need them.

As you may have guessed, this reduces my social activities. I might have to go out a bit more, but then again I am not interested in pubs, disco's and other cigarette-smoke-locations where the music disables any sane speach. I play ping pong as amateur and I'm an actor in two local groups of amateurs. That's about it. I also like movies, rock music and sports, but I rather play sports than sitting on my behind looking at it.
